Hsiung Chang (front row, third from left), director of Science
Division of the Taipei Economic & Cultural Office in Chicago,
visited the Twin Cities on September 19, 2000. He met with Juey-Hong
Lai, David Lin (front row, first two from left) and Tsan-Kuo Chang
of the Taiwanese Association of America-Minnesota Chapter and other
representatives of Taiwan-related organizations.
