Yuan, Taiwan, visited the Twin Cities on September 1, 2000. He met with
18 representatives from Taiwan-related organizations, including Ching-Chang
Ko, president of the Taiwanese Association of America-Minnesota Chapter,
and TAAMN members Juey-Hong Lai and Tsan-Kuo Chang.
